From the ground up, this program was designed to give busy men a training experience effective enough to get results in as little as 2-3 hours a week, along with the nutrition education and support needed to make drastic, life-changing transformations no matter your lifestyle.

TSA IS DIFFERENT

TSA was created because there was no place designed for the beginner level Dad looking to shed some pounds to the avid weekend warrior dad looking to get ready by a professional service.  At Triumph Strength & Athletics, our Beacon, NY Strength & Conditioning Coaches are focused on one thing… helping you develop the tools and skills needed to succeed in your sport.

Our Only Goal is to get YOU TO YOUR GOALS

Our workouts consist of individualized training programs in a semi-private setting that allows each one of our clients to get the exact training they need to become the best in a motivational and competitive environment. We also take the time to understand each factor that affects our clients each time they walk into TSA. We always want to know what else our athletes have done that day, what they’ve eaten, how they feel, even how school and class is going. By doing this, each program then becomes optimized to ensure that every athlete stays injury-free, healthy, and dominates anytime they perform. To maximize our clients results and instruction, Triumph Strength & Athletics never allows no more than 10 athletes/clients.

Do you want consistent RESULTS?

I have been working with TSA for the past 14 months! Everything has been delivered as promised. Training programs, nutritional guidance, & scheduled training sessions. The training environment is exactly what I need. By putting in the work, the results have been consistent. For me there is still much work to do. I know I am in the right place, with the right trainer/coach!

Busy and don’t have a lot of TIME?

Incredible workouts! I’ve been working out and doing different types of training for years and none compares to TSA training. I was training during the weekends but wanted more. Lou offers online training which I jumped on immediately and started doing at my local gym. Lou is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.
