Who the Hell Is Lou Torres? I’m a father 1st & foremost…

My boy Maxximus Blaze, is one of my sole reasons for opening TSA. I want to be able to show him through hard work and determination anything is possible.

Long time 3 sport athlete now turned weightlifting and sports performance enthusiast.

Over the last 10 years I’ve obtained various certifications (NASM, CES, RKC) and in the trenches type training to see what really works and what doesn’t, along with studying exercise physiology I have the scientific approach on what’s really needed to excel.

Competing in Powerlifting & Strongman at a very high level has taught me a ton about nutrition, mindset and what real training is coach3supposed to be.

I’m here to lead any client to their respective goal. Whether it is a middle school kid trying to gain athleticism for that school team, mom trying to stay fit for herself and family or any competitive strength athlete trying to fix technique or go into a meet prepared.

Would you rather be trained by the guy/girl who studied every book but never applied it?

Or someone who has studied, applied, had success, and now willing to lead you down the path of greatness.

I’m 20 years old, and I study Exercise & Sport Physiology with a minor in Coaching at Plymouth State University. I’ve played sports all my life, specifically baseball & football with a short stint in college football. Being a part of the TSA Nation impacted me tremendously as a former TSA athlete, and I enjoyed my experience so much that I wanted to come back and be a part of it again, but on the other side. I decided to pursue a career in this field because I enjoy helping people reach their goals and achieve things they never thought they could.
