• You want REAL Training?

    I have been "trained" by so many wannabes that its easy to recognize the real thing when you finally find it! No gimmicks - Just good old fashioned hard work and sweat. Every time I walk into the gym I know that Lou will push me beyond my limits and educate me in the process. He truly believes in what he does and you just can't help but be motivated by him. I'm so happy to be a part of TSA and anyone who wants a serious work out needs to check him out!

  • Are you an ATHLETE?

    I've been working with Triumph Strength & Athletics for about six months now, Lou Torres is the first personal trainer I've ever worked with. Every individual gets a training program suited to their goals and condition upon signing up with TSA. The program is progressive, after each level of trading is achieved, Lou creates a new program for the next stage. My energy level is very high, difficult challenges during the day are just not a problem any more. I've got the strength to mentally power through, given Lou's training. Definitely beginning to tone up, getting my self back into fighting shape. Highly recommend Lou's program for athletes or those who just want to get back into shape. Thanks Lou.

  • Do you want consistent RESULTS?

    I have been working with TSA for the past 14 months! Everything has been delivered as promised. Training programs, nutritional guidance, & scheduled training sessions. The training environment is exactly what I need. By putting in the work, the results have been consistent. For me there is still much work to do. I know I am in the right place, with the right trainer/coach! If you are ready to make your move but are sitting on the fence I suggest you meet with Lou face-to-face and tell him what you want to accomplish. Then listen and apply his program. "Civilize the mind, make savage the body!"

    Lou is very involved in the athletic progress of his clients, both in the gym and on the field. My daughter has seen a great deal of improvement both in muscle development and control, since starting with Lou three months ago. He believes in the importance of nutrition, and while he pushes her physically, he does not encourage the extra repetition "just to show that it can be done.

  • Busy and don’t have a lot of TIME?

    Incredible workouts! I've been working out and doing different types of training for years and none compares to TSA training. I was training during the weekends but wanted more. Lou offers online training which I jumped on immediately and started doing at my local gym. Lou is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.
